Today marks 4 years since I started entrepreneurship. What a journey it’s been!

I started with just 2bedroom unit and a heart full of hope. Remember that first booking like it was yesterday!
I was so excited, I didn’t even care that I had undercharged! That moment lit a fire in me – I knew I was onto something special.

Having left a steady paycheck after being declared redundant, wasn’t easy, especially with a little one depending on me. But failure wasn’t an option. I became a one-woman army – housekeeper, sales agent, property manager, you name it!

Within 3 months, I added a second unit. Then came the idea for vacation rental management. Word spread, and suddenly, I was managing properties for others who believed in my vision.

As we grew, I realized I couldn’t do it all alone. Partnered with VairalKenya for expert marketing. Each addition has been crucial to our success.

In September 2022, we took a huge risk with Nimmohs Riverside apartments. Affordable luxury in the heart of town? It became an instant hit!

We’ve evolved into a full-fledged marketing agency for hospitality businesses, leveraging technology to stay ahead of trends. Our call center and management system have been game-changers.

We have also had to employ Innovative Strategies to drive Our Growth: such as Curated activity packages featuring Ol Pejeta, Ngare Ndare, Mt. Kenya, and Ololokwe and the whole Mt.kenya region.Transforming simple stays into comprehensive experiences.

Another Value added service has been the introduction of ‘Nimmoh’s Savoury Stays’ with Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, and Full Board options enhancing overall satisfaction.

These strategies have not only increased our bookings but also significantly improved guest retention and word-of-mouth referrals.

Creating local jobs and supporting the Nanyuki community has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey.
