Upon making a reservation with us, a 50% downpayment is required. This deposit serves as a tentative holding of the vacation rental unit for you and does not guarantee the confirmed booking. If bookings are made on the website and/or official Nimmoh's Homestays Android Application, a 100% payment is required to secure the booking.
Full payment, equal to the duration of your stay, is due prior to checking into the vacation rental home. Please note that the down-payment does not grant access to the rental property. Check-in details and instructions will be shared with you once full payment has been received.
Any extensions of your stay will be considered a new booking and will also follow our regular payment modalities. We cannot guarantee the availability of the vacation rental unit should you wish to extend your stay; please communicate your intentions as soon as possible.
We kindly ask that all payments be made through the accepted modes, which will be shared with you by our reservation office. Only payments received via these methods will be considered valid.
As per the Government of the Republic of Kenya regulations, it is mandatory for accommodation service providers to collect identification documents prior to booking a client. The following are required:
